Our annual meeting always gives us a moment to pause, reflect, and look ahead—but this year felt especially meaningful.
As we gathered together, what stood out most wasn’t the numbers, the growth, or even the goals for the year ahead. It was the people. The energy in the room. The shared laughs. The stories of teamwork, resilience, and genuine care for one another and for our patients.
Dentistry is, at its core, a people business. Every great patient experience is created by a team member who shows up with skill, compassion, and heart. From our doctors and hygienists to our assistants, front office teams, managers, and support staff—what we do simply would not be possible without each and every one of you.
Our annual meeting was a reminder of how fortunate we are to work alongside such an incredible group of individuals. People who care deeply about their patients. People who support one another through busy days and challenging moments. People who consistently go above and beyond to serve Indiana families with excellence and kindness.
We are incredibly grateful for the commitment, professionalism, and positive culture our team members help create every single day. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and your impact reaches far beyond the walls of our practices.
As we move forward together, we do so with deep appreciation and excitement for what’s ahead—knowing that our greatest strength will always be our people.
