This relationship represents a shared commitment to developing the next generation of dentists while continuing to serve Indiana communities with compassion and purpose.

The IU School of Dentistry has a long-standing tradition of excellence in education, clinical training, and leadership. Being selected as an outreach partner is both humbling and energizing for our entire organization. It affirms our belief that dentistry is more than procedures and technology—it’s about people, mentorship, and a responsibility to give back.

We were especially honored to welcome representatives from the IU School of Dentistry to speak at our 48th LADD Dental Group Annual Meeting. Their presence and insights were a powerful reminder of the importance of collaboration between education and private practice. Hearing directly from IU reinforced why this partnership matters—not just for our organization, but for the future of dentistry across Indiana.

Through this collaboration, we have the privilege of supporting dental students as they move from the classroom into real-world patient care.
