Truly Grateful | Celebrating National Dental Hygienist Week

 At LADD Dental Group, we say it often—and we truly mean it—our hygienists are the heartbeat of everything we do.

During National Dental Hygienist Week, we had the opportunity to pause, reflect, and most importantly, celebrate the incredible individuals who care for our patients day in and day out. It was a week filled with gratitude, laughter, and a whole lot of well-deserved recognition.

Our hygienists are so much more than clinicians. They are educators, encouragers, problem-solvers, and trusted partners in our patients’ health journeys. They’re often the first smiling face a patient sees and the steady voice that brings comfort and confidence to every visit. Whether it’s helping someone overcome dental anxiety, catching early signs of concern, or simply making someone feel heard—our hygiene team does it all, and they do it exceptionally well.

This past week gave us a chance to celebrate them in a way that reflects just how much they mean to our organization. From team lunches and small surprises to moments of shared appreciation across our offices, it was a reminder of how special our culture truly is. There’s something powerful about taking time to recognize great people—and we had a lot of fun doing it.

But beyond the celebrations, what stands out most is the consistency, compassion, and excellence our hygienists bring every single day. Their commitment to providing top-tier care and building lasting relationships with patients is what sets LADD Dental Group apart.

To our hygiene team: thank you. Thank you for your dedication, your positivity, your clinical excellence, and the energy you bring into our practices. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you—not just this week, but all year long.
