Gratitude | Vital Core Value

LADD Dental Group, gratitude isn’t just a word; it’s a guiding principle that shapes our culture, interactions, and approach to patient care. As a family-owned dental organization, we understand the profound impact that gratitude can have on both personal and professional relationships. Here’s why gratitude holds such a special place in our hearts and operations.

Building Stronger Relationships

Gratitude fosters a sense of connection and trust. In dentistry, our relationships with patients, team members, and the communities we serve are the foundation of everything we do. When we express genuine appreciation—whether it’s for a patient’s loyalty, a colleague’s dedication, or a community’s support—we strengthen those bonds and create an environment where everyone feels valued.

Enhancing Patient Care

A grateful mindset enhances the way we care for our patients. By recognizing the trust they place in us, we’re inspired to go above and beyond to deliver the best possible care. Gratitude reminds us to listen actively, show empathy, and provide solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. This focus on appreciation and respect is key to building long-term relationships and ensuring a positive dental experience.

Empowering Our Team

Our team is the backbone of LADD Dental Group, and we never take their hard work for granted. By cultivating gratitude within our organization, we create a culture of mutual respect and support. Recognizing and celebrating each other’s contributions not only boosts morale but also fosters collaboration and innovation. Gratitude helps us thrive as a team and ensures that our passion for dentistry shines through in everything we do.

Strengthening Community Ties

We’re grateful to serve the communities that support us, and we strive to give back in meaningful ways. Whether it’s through sponsorships, volunteering, or educational events, our commitment to gratitude drives us to make a positive impact. It’s our way of saying “thank you” to the people and organizations that help us grow and succeed.

Gratitude as a Daily Practice

Gratitude isn’t just an occasional gesture; it’s a daily practice. At LADD Dental Group, we encourage our team to take moments throughout the day to reflect on what they’re thankful for. This mindset helps us maintain perspective, even during challenging times, and reminds us of the many reasons we have to be appreciative.

Looking Ahead with Gratitude

As we continue to grow and serve more patients, we remain deeply thankful for the trust placed in us. Every smile we help create is a reminder of why we do what we do. Gratitude is more than a core value at LADD Dental Group—it’s the heart of who we are.

To our patients, team members, and community: thank you for being a part of our journey. Your support inspires us to keep striving for excellence, and we’re excited to continue building a future rooted in appreciation and care.

Dental Work | Importance of Routine Dental Care | Preventative Dental Care

Importance of Routine Dental Care  When I was in my 30s and a dentist told me I needed a few crowns , I decided to skip the expensive devices because of my meager paycheck. Besides, my teeth weren't hurting. Years later, I am paying the price in pain and costlier dental work . One of the damaged teeth that needed a crown distorted my bite, making a minor jaw-joint problem even worse. Unfortunately I'm far from alone. The price of dental care is steep for many people financially, physically and even socially, according to Marko Vujicic, chief economist and vice president of the Health Policy Institute at the American Dental Association. Vujicic said that the  majority of emergency room dental visits  were for infections that could be handled in a dentist's office. Overall, emergency room dental visits cost $1.9 billion yearly, 40 percent of which is public money, according to his institute's analysis of data from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quali...
