Here at LADD Dental Group, we utilize a cloud based dental management software that has a ton of patient benefits built in. One of the many patient benefits is that our patients can access or update their health, insurance, and contact information at any time through our Denticon software. *If you haven't registered online before, the only detail to be aware of is that if you have been to ANY of our LADD Dental Group offices in the past, please register as an "existing patient". Other than that, the software is very user friendly. Also, if you have any trouble with the registration process, just give our office a call and we would be happy to assist!

Another reason we utilize a cloud based system is to better handle emergency dental situations! You can be seen at any one of our 6 dental offices, and we will have your patient info already uploaded and ready to go! This has been a really nice feature that our patient have loved. Below you will find a mock video of how our software aids in our ability to treat emergency dental patients!

Lastly, we feel like the convenience and ease of use of our software really enhances our overall patient experience! At our McCordsville dental office, patients can even schedule their own appointments with just a couple of clicks of the button!

We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Steven Mah , our newest addition to the LADD Dental Group family. Dr. Mah was born and raised in Evansville, IN, where his passion for helping others began. He pursued a Biology degree at the University of Southern Indiana, graduating in 2019. Driven by his dedication to the dental profession, Dr. Mah went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2024. Dr. Mah is excited to join the LADD Dental team and is eager to bring his expertise and compassionate care to our patients.
