Core Value | Community

At LADD Dental Group, we believe that community is more than just a word—it’s a way of life. It’s one of our core values because we understand that dentistry isn’t just about providing exceptional oral healthcare; it’s about building relationships, supporting our neighbors, and making a lasting impact beyond the walls of our offices.

What Community Means to Us

To us, community means:

  • Serving with Purpose – We see ourselves as more than just dental professionals; we are caregivers who are dedicated to improving the lives of those around us. Whether it’s restoring a patient’s smile or simply listening to their concerns, we are here to help.
  • Building Trust – We strive to create an environment where every patient feels like family. Trust is the foundation of every strong community, and we work hard to earn that trust by providing honest, compassionate care.
  • Giving Back – A strong community thrives when its members lift each other up. That’s why we actively seek opportunities to support and engage with the people and organizations that make our communities special.

How We Live Out Our Commitment to Community

1. Supporting Local Schools and Events

LADD Dental Group is passionate about investing in the next generation. From sponsoring school fundraisers to supporting events like the Triple Shot Challenge at Huntington University, we believe in empowering students and young athletes. Most recently, we proudly backed Holy Cross Lutheran School’s Elegant Evening Gala, helping to raise funds for their educational initiatives.

2. Bringing Quality Dental Care to Underserved Areas

We recognize that not everyone has easy access to dental care, which is why we’ve worked to bring affordable, high-quality dentistry to multiple communities across Indiana. Our expanded practice locations and use of cutting-edge technology like Overjet AI ensure that more people can receive the care they need, when they need it.

3. Engaging with Our Patients Beyond the Office

We’re not just here for your dental visits; we’re here for your milestones, successes, and challenges. Whether it’s through social media, community events, or simply checking in during appointments, we build meaningful relationships that go beyond the typical patient-provider dynamic.

4. Investing in Our Team and Their Growth

A great community starts with a strong team. By implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), we’re fostering a culture where our staff feels valued, empowered, and motivated to deliver the best care possible. A happy, engaged team leads to better service for our patients and a stronger impact on our community.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

LADD Dental Group will continue to put community first in everything we do. Whether through outreach programs, local partnerships, or simply providing compassionate care every day, we are committed to making a difference.

Thank you for being part of our LADD Dental family! Together, we can build a healthier, stronger, and more connected community.

Dental Work | Importance of Routine Dental Care | Preventative Dental Care

Importance of Routine Dental Care  When I was in my 30s and a dentist told me I needed a few crowns , I decided to skip the expensive devices because of my meager paycheck. Besides, my teeth weren't hurting. Years later, I am paying the price in pain and costlier dental work . One of the damaged teeth that needed a crown distorted my bite, making a minor jaw-joint problem even worse. Unfortunately I'm far from alone. The price of dental care is steep for many people financially, physically and even socially, according to Marko Vujicic, chief economist and vice president of the Health Policy Institute at the American Dental Association. Vujicic said that the  majority of emergency room dental visits  were for infections that could be handled in a dentist's office. Overall, emergency room dental visits cost $1.9 billion yearly, 40 percent of which is public money, according to his institute's analysis of data from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quali...
