At LADD Dental Group, we are always looking for ways to enhance our patient experience and improve how we communicate with our valued patients. That’s why we are excited to announce that we are updating our patient communication platform with Denticon Patient Communication!

This new system will revolutionize how we interact with our patients by streamlining communication, increasing convenience, and ensuring that every patient receives timely reminders, updates, and personalized engagement.

Why We’re Excited About This Update

  1. Improved Appointment Reminders & Confirmations
With Denticon’s automated messaging, patients will receive timely reminders for upcoming appointments via text, email, and phone calls. This will help reduce missed dental appointments and make scheduling easier than ever.

  2. Two-Way Texting for Seamless Communication
Have a quick question about your appointment or treatment plan? Our new system allows for real-time two-way texting, making it easier for patients to get answers without needing to call the office.

  3. Enhanced Post-Treatment Follow-Ups
Keeping up with post-treatment care is essential, and our new system ensures that patients receive follow-up messages and care instructions to aid in their recovery and oral health maintenance.

  4. Increased Personalization & Patient Engagement
With Denticon, we can personalize patient communications based on their treatment history and preferences, making interactions more meaningful and tailored to individual needs.

At LADD Dental Group, we are committed to staying at the forefront of dental care and technology to provide the best experience for our dental patients. We believe that this update will make communication more efficient, ensuring that our patients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
