The excitement is building at LADD Dental Group of Rushville as we prepare to officially open our doors and begin seeing patients on Monday, July 6th!

After months of planning, renovations, training, and preparation, Dr. Olsen Cottle and our incredible Rushville dental team are eager to begin serving the families of Rushville and the surrounding communities.

A Commitment to Exceptional Patient Care

From day one, our goal has been simple: provide patient-centered, compassionate dental care in a welcoming environment where every patient feels like family.

Leading the practice is Dr. Olsen Cottle, a talented and compassionate dentist who is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Dr. Cottle's commitment to quality care, combined with his friendly personality and dedication to building lasting relationships, makes him an outstanding addition to the Rushville community.

As a bilingual provider fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Cottle is also uniquely positioned to help serve a wide variety of local families and ensure more patients have access to high-quality dental care.

A Team Ready to Serve

While a great dentist is important, exceptional patient experiences are created by exceptional teams. We are incredibly proud of the talented dental assistants, hygienists, treatment coordinators, and support staff who have worked tirelessly to prepare for opening day.

From setting up treatment rooms and training on systems to ensuring every detail of the patient experience is just right, the Rushville team has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence. Their enthusiasm and dedication have made this journey truly special.

Expanding Our Mission of Family Serving Families

For nearly five decades, LADD Dental Group has been dedicated to our mission of "Family Serving Families." Opening our Rushville location represents another exciting step in that journey.

We are grateful for the opportunity to invest in the Rushville community and provide comprehensive dental care close to home for local residents. Whether patients need preventive care, restorative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, or simply a trusted dental home, our team is ready to help.

Looking Forward to July 6th

Opening a new dental office is always a team effort, and we couldn't be more thankful for everyone who helped make this vision a reality. As we count down the days until our first patients arrive, the excitement throughout the office is contagious.

Dr. Cottle and the entire Rushville team are honored to have the opportunity to serve this wonderful community and begin building relationships that will last for years to come.

2026 Dental Office Data | Struggling Performance Continues

Over the past decade, the dental industry experienced an unprecedented wave of consolidation. Private equity capital flowed into the profession, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) expanded rapidly, and large multi-location platforms became a major force in the market. Recently, however, two major organizations— Dental Care Alliance and Affordable Care —have reportedly been taken over by their lenders following financial restructuring challenges. For many in the profession, this raises an important question: What does this mean for the future of dentistry ? The answer is nuanced, but it may signal a turning point for how dental organizations are built and financed going forward. The End of the “Growth at Any Cost” Era For many DSOs, the growth strategy of the past decade was simple: acquire as many practices as possible as quickly as possible. Low interest rates and strong investor appetite made this strategy viable. Debt financing allowed organizations to purchase pract...

Affordable Care Restructure | 2026 Dental Industry Impacts

The convergence of Affordable Care’s restructuring and broader financial strain across large DSOs is more than an isolated credit event — it’s a signal of structural pressure in the dental industry. Some platforms have been unable to recapitalize amid economic uncertainty. Impacts Fewer aggressive roll-ups and de novo expansions Lower EBITDA multiples on acquisitions More minority recap deals vs. full exits Delayed liquidity e...
