Relationships Over Everything | Grateful to Dr. Morrell & The Rushville Community

As we continue to get ready for the opening of LADD Dental Group of Rushville, we've been reflecting on the incredible people who have helped make this journey possible. Today, we want to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Douglas Morrell for the remarkable partnership we've built throughout this process. When we purchased Dr. Morrell's medical office building in Rushville, we knew we were acquiring a wonderful location with a long history of caring for the community. What we didn't fully appreciate at the time was just how invaluable Dr. Morrell himself would become throughout the transition.

From day one, Dr. Morrell has been much more than the previous owner of the building—he has been a true partner. His willingness to share his knowledge, offer guidance, answer questions, and help us navigate the many details involved in preparing the practice has been extraordinary. His support has made what could have been a challenging transition feel like a collaborative effort built on mutual trust and respect.

At LADD Dental Group, we believe that relationships are the foundation of everything we do. Whether it's the relationships we build with our patients, our team members, or our community partners, we know that great things happen when people work together with a shared purpose. Dr. Morrell has exemplified that spirit every step of the way.

His years of dedicated service have earned the trust of countless Rushville families, and we are honored to continue caring for this wonderful community in the very practice he helped establish. We recognize the legacy he created, and we are committed to building upon it with the same patient-centered values and commitment to exceptional care.

As we welcome patients into our newly renovated office, we do so with deep appreciation for everyone who helped bring this vision to life. Dr. Morrell's generosity, encouragement, and partnership have played an important role in helping us get up and running, and for that, we are incredibly thankful.
